4. PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION ON THE WEB3

At the Fursion platform, we recognize the importance of security and proper management of personal information and user-created content. We use a combination of web2 and web3 technologies to deliver our services, which involves specific data storage and processing practices detailed below:

Information Storage: all user-generated content on our platform, including NFTs and any other form of digital content, is stored on the web3 blockchain. This technology not only facilitates greater security but also ensures the immutability of the data. Once information is written to the web3 blockchain, it becomes permanent and cannot be altered or deleted.

Data Deletion: Because the web3 blockchain ensures the permanence of data, Fursion cannot delete information that has been confirmed and stored on the blockchain, even at the user's request. While certain data may be removed from our web2 servers or user interfaces, transactions and content stored on the blockchain will remain publicly accessible and outside the scope of Fursion's modification or deletion capabilities.

Public Access to Transactions: All transactions conducted on the Fursion platform, including purchases, sales and transfers of NFTs, are recorded on the blockchain and are publicly accessible. This ensures complete transparency but also means that such transactions cannot be hidden or deleted at a later date.

Data Protection and Validation: Fursion implements rigorous security measures to protect and validate all data before it is written to the web3 blockchain. We use advanced technologies to ensure that only correct and authorized information is recorded, thus maintaining data integrity and authenticity.

User Consent: By using Fursion services, users explicitly consent to the use of blockchain technology for permanent storage of the information and content they create or upload to the platform. It is the user's responsibility to understand the immutable and public nature of the blockchain before uploading content to the platform.

This approach to information storage and processing ensures that Fursion can offer a highly secure and transparent service, in line with the latest technologies in the field of digital assets and blockchain. By participating in Fursion, users accept these conditions, understanding the implications of web3 technology and the permanent nature of the information stored on the blockchain.

Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to provide the functionalities available on the platform, fulfill the legitimate purposes described in this policy in section 5 or until the user closes the user account, unsubscribes from our newsletter or requests the deletion of their data. Fursion may retain personal data for a longer period provided that the user has consented to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, Fursion may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period provided that this is required for compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data will be deleted.
